Returns Policy

Exchanges or refunds are given on strictly non-used, non-worn, non-damaged merchandise that arrives back to us in the condition that it was when we sent it to you. If for some reason you are not pleased with the item once you’ve received it, we will be happy to take it back within 15 days of the date you received it and an exchange or a refund will be granted. The item(s) must be SHIPPED within 15 days from the date USPS claims the package was delivered. Intial shipping costs and return shipping costs will not be refunded.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Shipping

We are currently using the United States Post Office for most our shipping needs & FedEx/UPS for larger orders. After analyzing costs and delivery times between carriers, USPS priorty flat rate mail stands out as the better choice for numerous reasons. Packages will arrive in 2-3 business days compared to 7-10.  

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

 

Payment Policy

We are currently using Paypal or Stripe to support our shopping cart functions. Using our check out system is as easy as 1-2-3. Once you are done shopping you can click on your shopping cart at the top of the page. 

You can create an account for quick check out during your next visit or choose not to. Step One - Enter your billing and shipping information. Step Two - Enter your payment information.

You will be fowarded to Paypal where you can log in to your account or enter your payment information with out creating an account. Step Three - Confirm your order, your card will not be charged unless you confirm your order. The order confirmation page will show all details of your order. All orders must be paid in USD.
